Hi Stamping Friends,
Ok so I’m not perfect yet but I am getting better in posting. You have to admit, right? Over the week-end I spent some time with ideas that had been floating in my head. I used the Tin Tile Dynamic embossing folder on two cards but totally different techniques. I shared one yesterday on instagram and the second one here today.
I started with a base care of Fresh Fig CS. I keep forgetting how pretty this color is and before you know it the color will be retired since it is one of the in-colors. I ran a piece of Very Vanilla CS through the Big Shot with the Tin Tile Dynamic embossing folder and sponged Crumb Cake ink over it. Then to give it some shine I sponged Champagne Mist liquid paint over it. I used an oval from the Stitched Shape framelits set and Very Vanilla CS to create an area to stamp the Lasting Lily image with Fresh Fig ink I also sponged the edges of the oval with Crumb Cake ink and sponged the liquid paint over it as well. This is one of the sets available FREE with a $100 purchase during Sale-a-bration. I used a greeting from the Painted Glass stamp set. I have found from personal experience that a card is very important when your heart is breaking from a loss. I love the serenity of this card.
Thank you for taking time from your busy day to stop by for a peek. I appreciate any orders you might like to place. Feel free to contact me with questions. Here’s the card.
PAWS TO PONDER
Hugs and happy stamping, MB
